Mindfulness, in essence, is being present in the here and now.  It is learning how to be fully aware and paying attention to what is going on in the present moment.  There are many times when we do this without thinking.  When we are fully concentrating on an activity, sport or connecting with nature, and we focus our attention without thoughts of the past or the future, that is when we are being mindful.  Living regularly in that place is much more of a challenge, and is not something that we typically do. Come learn meditation and other ways to manage your stress.
